COMO Pte Ltd – Merchandising Intern

Job Summary
We are seeking a tech-savvy Intern to support our new lifestyle e-commerce platform. This role blends AI-driven design, digital operations, and production coordination to move products from concept to customer.

Key Responsibilities

Creative:

• Digital Mockups: Assist in merchandise mockups using Adobe Creative Suite and Generative AI
• Production Prep: Support merchandise manager in preparing technical artwork and sketches (e.g., rash vests) for manufacturing.
• Content Support: Support planning and coordination of photoshoots

Vendor Liaison & Production:

• External Coordination: Act as a point of contact for external partners to track progress
• Logistics: Manage all shipments and coordinate incoming/outgoing materials

Operations & Reporting:

• Asset Management: Maintain organised archives of all supplier materials and creative assets.
• Performance Tracking: Assist with "sell-through" reporting to help analyse product performance

Requirements:

• Design & AI: Proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator and experience using AI tools to streamline creative workflows.
• Organisational Skills: Detail-oriented approach to logistics and vendor management.
• Digital Savvy: Understanding of lifestyle aesthetics and digital-first design
• Diploma in Merchandising, Fashion Management or equivalent. 
• Proficient in MS Excel and Office
• Strong numeric and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sense of urgency flexibility ability to multi-task.
• Willingness to learn.
