Commit Learning Schoolhouse – KCare Supervisor / Asst Supervisor

As a Centre Head or Deputy Centre Head, you will lead a team of pre-school educators in providing quality education, holistic development and care for the children.

• You will oversee the management of the KCARE centre, 
• Manage the deployment, professional development and well-being of all staff. 
• Coordinate with MOE Kindergarten. Lead and mentor a team of KCare programme and support staff.
• Plan and implement weekly schedule and programmes in accordance with MOE's KCare Guide. 
• Ensure the safety and health standards of children in the branch.
• Build strong partnership with the parents and community.

Assistant Supervisor

• Possess child first aid certification / ( LON by ECDA )
• At least 1 years of experience managing a Kcare/ preschool
• A Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education-Leadership (DECCE-L) (or equivalent)

Supervisor

• Possess child first aid certification / ( LON by ECDA )
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
• A Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education-Teaching (DECCE-T)(or equivalent)
• A Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – Leadership (DECCE-L) (or equivalent) would be preferred
