- Job Description
Desktop Support:
- Microsoft Windows 10 knowledge on OS upgrade and trouble shooting
- Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis and resolution of desktop problems for end-users
- Install, upgrade and configure software, setup and configure printers, scanners and other peripherals
- Basic experience in LAN/WAN troubleshooting (Router, Switches and Wireless)
- Experience in MS Office, Open office and off the shelve applications
- Work with vendor support to resolve technical problems
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge in LAN/WAN troubleshooting
- Self-motivated team player
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
