ComfortDelGro Corporation Limited – Group Law Intern

ComfortDelGro, is a multi-national transport group based in Singapore, operating more than 40,000 vehicles across 13 countries. It was formed on 29 March 2003 through a merger of Singaporean land transport companies Comfort Group and DelGro Corporation. 

• Take instructions from legal counsel
• Support legal counsel in meetings with Business Units and contract negotiations with external parties
• Assist to review contracts
• Assist to prepare contracts and other templates / forms
• Conduct due diligence on contracts
• Assist to prepare corporate secretarial documents
• Compile a Group trademark register
• Legal research and drafting of research memos
• Assist in any other ad-hoc legal and corporate secretarial matters that may be required from time to time;
