Job Description
- Take instructions from legal counsel
- Support legal counsel in meetings with Business Units and contract negotiations with external parties
- Assist to review contracts
- Assist to prepare contracts and other templates / forms
- Conduct due diligence on contracts
- Assist to prepare corporate secretarial documents
- Compile a Group trademark register
- Legal research and drafting of research memos
- Assist in any other ad-hoc legal and corporate secretarial matters that may be required from time to time;
