- Job Description
The selected intern will be guided to support the Project Management Office (PMO) & Governance team in the following areas:
- IT Finance
- Data collation for Business As Usual (actuals and forecast)
- Data collation for Annual IT Budgeting
- Analyse IT Finance data and translate information into presentation materials.
2. PMO & Governance
- Develop and maintain IT policies.
- Coordinate reviews of IT policies.
- Data collation for projects from other stakeholders.
- Analyse project data and translate information into presentation materials.
3. Administrative
- Organize Group IT events.
4. Others
- Identify potential improvement areas for any of the above.
- Implement improvement plans, when required.
