Job Scope
- Assist HR recruitment related matters
- Post job advertisement at job portal
- Facilitate selection and assessment of applicants
- Plan and coordinate recruitment activities such as career fairs/talks
- Assist in organizing and maintaining documents related to employee / applicant
- Conduct research & gather information for HR Project -Provide administrative support and participate in ad-hoc HR projects & initiatives as assigned -Guide, train and troubleshoot stakeholders on the new HRIS
- Assist stakeholders with any queries related to HRIS -Other ad-hoc duties / projects as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Undergraduate/Diploma/Degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good team player and able to work independently
