• Part-Time Festive Retail Assistant: $10 / Hour

【Main Duties and Responsibilities】

• Manage the mandarin Orange counters set up in stores
• Assist customers on their request of mandarin oranges orders
• Assist customers on quality checks of the oranges
• Assist in replenishment in the FNV department for a start till 1 week before CNY starts

【Requirements】

• Able to commit 1 month till end Feb ( starting 1 Feb onwards)
• Must be able to work on CNY Eve
• Able to carry boxes of mandarin oranges
• Able to work rotating shift (AM and PM)

【Sales Assistant Description】

• Display and replenish products
• Conduct expiry checks
• Prepare fruits and vegetable for sale
• Perform markdown or trimming of products
• Prepare products for display according to the fresh merchandising standard
• Check quality and maintain the freshness of products
• Ensure a high level of hygiene and housekeeping is maintained at all times
• Minimize product wastage
• Maintain excellent customer service at all times
• Any other duties assigned

【Cashier Description】

• To check and log on to all POS machines, NETS, and Credit Card terminals
• Ensure overall maintenance of front end supplies (viz. shopping bags, audit rolls, receipt rolls) and replenishment of cigarettes & newspapers at the check-out counter
• Prepare documentation for voucher forms, refund forms, reports, float verification, and home delivery requests
• To process Choice vouchers transactions in accordance to SOP for voucher tracking records
• Conduct advertisement price checks
• Perform cash pickups
• Count and verify sales and secure within sales bag
• Print reports from TPISP and attach them to the Cashier Media Summary report
• Deposit sales transactions into brinks safe (30 min) and sign on to the brinks log sheet
• Perform accurate issuance and proper security of TCC stamps.
• Perform closing duties that include EOD settlement to ensure that Credit Cards & NETS transactions are properly completed
• TTS declaration
• Ensure smooth and accurate stocktake
• Prepare service counters and impulse stand areas for routine stock take
• Health & Safety requirements
• Ensure that work practices are conducted in strict conformity with the Company’s policies and procedure
