Job Description
- To promote and conduct telemarketing sales for credit insurance products over the phone to new and existing customers.
- Prepare and perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program
- Answer potential client’s questions about company profile, credential and goals
- Set appointments with prospective customers based on planned schedules
- Develop new business opportunities
- Consistently maintaining our highly ethical and professional approach to all current and prospective clients
- Maintain database, call list and leads in CRM systems or MS Excel
- Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to Sales Manager
- Able to commit 5 days per week
