Codingo Assignments Pte Ltd – AI Agent Orchestration, Swarms, Processes & Acquisition Specialist

Codingo is building production-grade AI systems based on coordinated multi-agent and agent swarm architectures rather than single-model interactions. We are seeking an AI Agent Orchestration, Swarms, Processes & Acquisition Specialist to design, develop, and operate agent swarms that support real-world business and technical workflows. This role is execution-focused and requires comfort working across multiple concurrent initiatives while leveraging premium AI models in daily operations.

You will design, develop, and orchestrate multi-agent and agent swarm systems for complex workflows, including role definition, task decomposition, coordination logic, and result validation. You will implement and refine swarm behaviours such as parallel task execution, agent specialisation, feedback loops, and escalation paths. You will build repeatable operational processes that allow agent swarms to function reliably in production environments. You will manage agent and tool acquisition, including evaluating new AI models, frameworks, and orchestration approaches. You will actively use premium AI models such as GPT-5.2, Claude Sonnet, and Claude Opus 4.5 as part of daily orchestration, development, and optimisation workflows. You will monitor performance, failure modes, quality, and cost efficiency across multiple concurrent agent systems.

You must have hands-on experience designing, deploying, or operating multi-agent systems or agent swarms for real use cases. You must demonstrate strong understanding of orchestration strategies, swarm coordination patterns, and process optimisation. You must have access to and practical experience using premium AI models such as GPT-5.2, Claude Sonnet, or Claude Opus 4.5 in professional workflows. You should be comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects, iterating quickly, and improving systems based on real-world outcomes. Strong systems thinking and problem-solving ability are essential.

Background or experience in software development, engineering, or machine learning. Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, workflow engines, or automation platforms. Experience integrating AI systems via APIs and working in startup, consulting, or agency-style environments.
