As the sales and operations lead for my company, you will be managing the day to day operations of the company as well as engaging with our clients to ensure smooth service delivery.
Your roles will be the following:
- Engage and resolve all client matters and inquiries
- Talk to new leads, derive quotations and collect payments
- Ensure all clients needs are met
- Adhere to company's operating standards and uphold high client satisfaction levels
Needed qualifications/traits:
- Exceptional business sense and drive to excel
- Profit and sales driven
- Experience in programming is a plus
- Excellent customer service and relationship management
The job is 100% remote WFH for now, in the future we may implement 1-2 days full work from office per week. Working hours will be between 12pm - 10pm (flexible)
