Job Description

Ad Sales (Planning) Intern - 6 Months Internship


Responsibilities

  • To work on business intelligence of our competitors that will assist the sales team in strategizing their pitch
  • Assist in the delivery of ad sales materials
  • Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials both on and offline
  • Maintain tracking report of C-level guest list in flagship programming and events
  • Prepare and compile sales presentations and case studies 
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of events, including timelines, rsvp list and reports
  • Global insights through market research and analysis of key trends and developments for a wide range of industries 
  • Work together with other interns on assigned projects
  • Presentation of project to the management team at the end of the internship
  • Any other duties dependent upon varying work requirements

Requirements

  • MUST BE ABLE to commit for 6 months from End June 2018 to First week of January 2019.
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal (including phone etiquette) and written communication skills
  • Digitally savvy and an interest in media is essential
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization skills and a great team player
  • Ability to take initiative, multi-task and work independently
  • Success-driven, self-motivated, and proactive with a 'can do' attitude
