Job Description

Global Account Management acts as the primary contact for market access to all CME Group markets, managing all connectivity options, user entitlements and registration and market data policy and compliance.Establishing and enforcing consistent market data guidelines for policies and pricing is important to protecting the exchange’s intellectual property and the related market data revenue streams.

The intern will assist Global Account Management in executing the department's market data relationship management methodology in Asia.

a) Contractual updates, ensure reporting compliance, investigate and correct billing issues, assist Accounts Receivable in collecting on past due accounts and providing overall day to day customer support.

b) Provide operation support to customers by reviewing processes and interpreting policies to ensure customers are in compliance.

c) Maintain and manage process for enrolling new market data distributors, including agreements, fees, account setup and ID administration.

d) Manage market data distributor information in Peoplesoft databases, including: contact information, product lines and reporting needs and reported information.

e) Perform data analysis (quantitative and qualitative), data acquisitions and extraction

Experience/Education

- Must be in education, or with a confirmed place for future study

- Good attention to detail

- Previous data analysis experience essential

- Basic understanding of Financial Markets and Exchanges

- Familiarity with market data would be an advantage

- Previous experience of PeopleSoft would be advantage

- Candidates must be eligible to work in Singapore
