Club Co is a new coworking space that is disrupting the industry by providing redeemable F&B credits for all its members. We are going against the norms of coworking space by valuing transparency in our prices / offerings and openness. We want to create a space that feels like a second home to those that work here. We want our members to feel like they are a part of a family where everybody would know and support each other.
We are looking for an intern that is a proactive and a generalist. Because we are a startup, we require our team to be knowledgeable in other fields as well as their job scope. However, do not worry as majority of your work will be in the proposed job position.
We are very task oriented hence we do not mind how you accomplish the tasks given to you but just the results of your work. Hence, in a sense you are free to propose new ways of doing things or new marketing ideas you have in mind.
You will have to self manage so do not expect to be given tasks to do everyday. We do have a calendar with deadlines we need to meet so you won't feel like there's nothing for you to do everytime you come to work. We truly appreciate our team members and their opinions/feedback so be assured that your voice will be heard.
Additionally, there are no "hierarchy" in terms of position in our team. We believe everyone is equally competent and knowledgeable. Hence, do not expect that we will ask you to do minuscule jobs. You will be handed projects for you to manage in however you see fit.
As a marketing/graphic design intern :
- You will be managing our social media accounts
- Proposing new marketing plans/ideas
- Liasing with external clients to promote our space
- Newsletter/ Mailchimp management
- It will be even better if you know how to do paid social media advertisement
- Professional looking posters for social media posts (If you can achieve this using canva it's fine by us as well)
Please do not fret that you might not be able to do all the listed jobscope. As long as you are able to do 80% of them, we are happy to have you in our team. We believe in your ability to learn new things as well so don't worry.
We do not care about your educational level as long as you can prove that you have experience/knowledge in this field. We operate by office hours so it's 9-6pm (with lunch hour) , Monday to Friday.
