Software Test Execution Intern (SaaS / ITSM)
Start: Immediate (May 2026)
We are looking for interns to support our delivery team in executing structured software testing activities for enterprise SaaS projects. This role focuses on test execution and validation, helping ensure system quality during System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases. You will work closely with experienced QA engineers and project teams on real-world enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
- Execute predefined test cases for web-based applications
- Validate system workflows (e.g. forms, approvals, ticketing processes)
- Identify and log defects with clear steps and screenshots
- Perform re-testing after bug fixes
- Maintain test evidence and documentation for project tracking
- Support SIT/UAT cycles across multiple project tracks
Requirements
- Polytechnic / University students in IT, Computer Science, or related fields
- Basic understanding of web applications and workflows
- Detail-oriented and able to follow structured instructions
- Able to communicate clearly in written English
