Cleantech Solar Development Company Pte. Ltd. – Legal Intern

Cleantech Solar is a solar developer that finances, constructs, owns and operates solar projects. We are headquartered in Singapore and operate across India and South East Asia (“SEA”).

What the Position Offers:

• Opportunity to work closely with Legal team in Singapore.
• Exposure to corporate and legal documentation, processes, and regulatory compliances for SEA entities.
• Learning in an in-house legal setting and a chance to observe the operations of a private company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. File, update and maintain the Cleantech entities’ corporate documents, entity list, corporate structure, contracts, templates, and other related documents in SharePoint.
2. Provide corporate documents, agreements and other relevant records as requested by other functions.
3. Monitor execution of corporate documents and compliance deadlines.
4. Check invoices from external law firms and service providers including processing for payment.
5. Drafting of resolutions under supervision.
6. Administrative support as required.

Qualifications:

• Current student pursuing a Paralegal Diploma.
• Basic understanding of legal principles.
• Technically proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely to different functions in the organisation.
• Able to thrive in a busy and hands-on environment.
