Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-In/ In-coming call inquiries
- Appointment Scheduling
- Management of Bookings and Confirmation from customers
- Cashiering and Administrative duties and support
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the reception counter
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/’O” Level or equivalent
- An outgoing individual who loves interacting and possess exceptional people skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent
