Overview:
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Video Intern to join our team. The Video Intern will assist in the production of high-quality video content to support our marketing and communication efforts. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in video production and editing while working with a dynamic and collaborative team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and pre-production process for video shoots, including researching, storyboarding, and script development
- Operate cameras, lighting equipment, and audio gear during video shoots
- Capture high-quality video footage on location or in a studio setting
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand video requirements and objectives
- Edit video footage to create compelling and engaging content using video editing software
- Add graphics, animations, and other visual elements to enhance the videos
- Assist in managing and organizing video assets and files
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for video content
- Stay up-to-date with video trends, techniques, and technologies
- Support the team in various video-related tasks and projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in a relevant degree program, such as film, media, communications, or a related field
- Previous experience with video production and editing is a plus, but not required
- Proficiency with video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
- Basic understanding of camera operation, lighting, and audio equipment
- Creative mindset and a strong eye for visual storytelling
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
