- Support the Chief of Staff with all ongoing strategic initiatives, including research, summarizing insights, scanning the market, implementing processes, and improving internal workstreams.
- Drive high-priority initiatives that will shape the growth of the organisation.
- Facilitate collaboration across different Business Units to bring initiatives to fruition • Plug into different Business Units (including Product, Marketing, HR) to help accelerate where needed, including driving various growth and culture initiatives.
- Draft communications pieces for the Chief of Staff and Founder.
- Own and manage meeting notes and knowledge repository.
