2.5 Months Client Service Officer
Duration: 16 July till 30 September 2018
Salary range: $600 (shift allowance applicable for those working at Orchard)
Working hrs: 10am to 8pm for Orchard branch (a must to work on both Sat & Sun, off days will be on Wed & Thur)
9am to 6pm for Raffles Branch (if required to come back on Sat, OT allowance will be given)
- Assist with account opening
- Assist / Educate customers on internet banking
- Issuance of Security Device Token / Activation code
- Handling of walk in enquries regading FD Rates and eFD process
- Any Adhoc duties assigned by Assistant Service Manager / Service Mananger
