Chupa Pte Ltd – Project Executive

We are a global experiential space design agency that offers insights, strategy, creativity and innovation that extend across all touch points of the branding spectrum.

Since 2009, we have worked with hundreds of companies and event agencies to build, brand and create physical in-person events.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, manage and execute events logistics on behalf of clients

- Coordinate and manage clients, partners, suppliers and contractors to ensure successful delivery of project- Conduct project briefing to suppliers and contractors

- Ensure project quality by having an eye for detail

- On-site management to ensure smooth execution of projects

- Prepare the necessary documents for submission to relevant authorities for approval

- Prepare project proposals, timeline, quotations and invoices

- Project costing documentation to manage budget, and meet profit ratio target

- Consolidate post-event data when needed

- Manage the relationship with clients and external partners, suppliers, vendors- Coordinate and manage web-based projects from sales closure till completion of development

The ideal candidate should:

- Preferably be proficient in both written, spoken professional English & Mandarin

- Have a good eye for detail- Be computer savvy- Be digitally literate and knowledgeable

- Be proficient in Microsoft Office

- Good to have: experience or knowledge about Sketchup/Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator, prior event/project management experience
