- Developing the NodeJS server exposing a GraphQL API supporting Chirpey's mobile app
- Writing Javascript code that interfaces with the PostgreSQL database with a ORM or raw queries
- Writing automated tests in Jest to test the server's API
- Joining a high-performance Scrum team to iteratively plan and build in an agile, collaborative manner

- Proficient in Javascript, including ES6 features
- Proficient in modern Javascript app development tools such as NPM, Git, etc
- Have a portfolio of projects that require coding in Javascript
- Self-driven and able to pick up new technologies quickly

- Experienced in DevOps on AWS (++)
