Duties and responsibilities:
- Prepare yearly through-the-line marketing & communications plan.
- Planning, strategizing and executing all new patients’ acquisitions/referrals initiatives and events such as promotions, workshops, and seminars.
- Monitor performance and evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing efforts and record findings and revise plans accordingly.
- Handle the production of all marketing collaterals and work closely with designer and vendors.
- Manage all advertising and promotions budget and administrative aspects for assigned projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Qualification
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing Communications / Marketing / Business related subject.
Other Requirements
- Excellent command of written and spoken Mandarin and /or a third language an advantage (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with internal and external partners.
- Highly organized, resourceful, meticulous and capable of multi-tasking.
- Proactive, results-oriented and enthusiastic team player.
- Ability to work under pressure, short deadlines and extra hours if needed on assignments.
