Job Description
- Handle Account Receivables, Account Payable, sales & receipts and reconcile bank statements with the guidance of Accountant
- Handle petty cash
- Generate payment vouchers and issue cheques
- Key in data to accounting software
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Business Studies in Accounting, ACCI etc.
- Knowledge of accounting
- PC literate, proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good data entry
- Meticulous, detailed and accuracy
- Able to commit for 4 months which may convert to permanent full-time
Working hours: 9am – 6pm
Working days: Monday – Friday
Location: Near Tanjong Pagar MRT
Allowance: $900 - $1200
Organisation: Food & Beverage (Restaurant)
