Finance Intern Job description (Full-time internship)
We are looking for a meticulous and enthusiastic Finance Intern with a genuine interest in business and accounting to join our Corporate Service team and be involved in our daily finance and accounting operation duties.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist in the processing of employees’ monthly expense claims
• Assist in ensuring absolute accuracy and timely record of accounting transactions and management reporting and schedules
• Supports preparing outgoing payables and providing payment advice
• Preferably proficient in excel and accounting knowledge
Intern Requirements and Qualifications
• Self-motivated and able to work without supervision
• Effective communication (verbal and written); Good command of the English language
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be 18 years of age
• Knowledge or past internship in the Finance department, would be a bonus
