Job Description
- Assist Outlet Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations
- Lead a team of service staff to ensure that service and food standards are maintained at all times.
- Provide courteous and efficient food & beverage services to our guests
- Responsible for the quality service, product and cleanliness of the outlet
- Respond to guest enquires and feedback in the most professional way
- Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsible, friendly and courteous services at all times
- Any other tasks as assigned by Outlet Manager
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of F&B work experience in similar capacity
- Preferably familiar in handling food delivery platforms; on-the-job trainings will be provided
- Willingness to work rotating shift hours, weekends and public holidays
- Possess great service attitude
- Passion for people & food
- Energetic team player
