Changi Travel Services Pte Ltd – Intern, Human Resource (6 Months Internship)

Established in 2012, Changi Travel Services (CTS) Ptd Ltd is a subsidiary of Changi Airport Group.

With established entities across majority of countries in Asia; (namely the brands - Changi Recommends & Travel Recommends), CTS aims to redefine the travel experience by providing curated & modern travel solutions to both corporate clients and mass consumers’ needs.

• Provide administrative support for the onboarding of candidates internally and externally (i.e. offer letters contracts of employment, and other documentation in accordance with templates)
• Maintaining existing recruitment channels including shortlisting of candidates on selected platforms
• Researching on recruitment sources in addition to existing channels
• Engage in external career fairs to expand our talent network
• Design of EDMs and recruitment collaterals for communication and engagement
• Refresh of key HR communication materials including presentation decks and EDMs
• Managing of HR Quiz & Giveaway
• Maintaining and updating HR employee files
• Other research & adhoc projects assigned
