Job Description
- Manning of SRV Booths located islandwide
- Maintain high level of customer service and promote company products
- Ensure accurate stock inventory and arrange for inventory replenishment
- Engage in booking and reservation of transport when required
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level and above
- Fluency in English is a must. Bilingual skills will be an added bonus
- Comfortable to work retail hours including Public Holidays and weekends
- Able to confidently handle customer requests
- Knowledge of Singapore attractions, prepaid SIM, Travel and Airline ticketing will be an advantage
