Key roles and duties of Procurement Intern include but not limited to:
- Assist in sourcing for current products offered on Changi Recommends platform
- Source for new items to expand our current product offerings
- Comparing of product quality and price
- Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
- Maintain record of purchases, pricing, and other important data
- Keep standardized tracking records of all orders made
- Contacting suppliers to check for product quality and quotation
- Any other ad-hoc project/activities assigned by immediate supervisor
