With a progressive and structured Lesson Plan designed for children with no experience, we aim to induct them into the enchanting world of coding by significantly flattening the learning curve.
Part-time Coding Tutor (Online)
Champ Code Academy is looking for a Part-Time Tutor (starting ASAP) to support the team in the following areas:
Teaching of the Junior Class curriculum (100% online via Zoom)
Assist the Head of Curriculum in fine-tuning teaching methodology
Self-development in learning the more advanced Explorer Class curriculum
Collecting and relaying feedback from students and parents to the leadership team
Job Requirements
Current student at a reputable university pursuing a Bachelor Degree
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Keen interest in computer science and programming languages
Prior experience in coding is not required but a plus
Attend 1x 3hr training session in-person @ Serangoon office
Observe 1x 1hr live lesson conducted by the Head of Curriculum
Able to commit to a minimum of 10 hours of tutoring (10x 1hr lesson) per week
Able to commit to at least 6 months from the date of joining
Remuneration: S$20/hr for a minimum of 10hr/week (≥S$800/mth)
