Champ Code Academy is one of the fastest growing coding schools in Singapore, providing online coding classes for children in Grade 1 (7yo) and above. With a progressive and structured curriculum designed for children with no experience, we aim to give every child a chance to develop coding skills by significantly flattening the learning curve.

Champ Code Academy is looking for a full-time Operations Intern for Winter 2021 (now - mid-Jan 2022) to support the team in the following:

• Work closely with co-founders to streamline operational processes across various functions such as lead management, tutor onboarding, lesson scheduling etc.
• Strong ownership of KPIs and operational metrics - research and propose initiatives to increase efficiency in all aspects of the business
• Drive tech-adoption and automation in all aspects of operations including but not limited to CRM, Project Management, Billing and Scheduling.
• Master the basics of Scratch (training provided) to conduct trial lessons when required and relay feedback from students and parents to the leadership team
• Assist the Head of Curriculum in lesson plan development and materials design
• Assist the Head of Marketing in content creation, partnerships and analytics

Job Requirements

• Current undergraduate student at a reputable institution
• Prior experience in CRM, billing or scheduling software is not required but a plus
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership, urgency and ambition
• Tech-savvy and very comfortable with using various software
