Your main duties include:
- Design and develop effective APIs and integrate with third party APIs with front-end development languages and tools such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, VUEJS
- Program application using backend languages and frameworks such as PHP, Laravel
- Replace and repair faulty parts in desktops and laptops, such as screens, keyboards, and motherboards
- Troubleshoot and diagnose computer problems, identify and resolve network issues, and test and fix bugs or other coding issues
- Install new software and hardware on clients’ computers, and create servers and databases for functionality
- Maintain accurate records of work done and time spent on each job, formalising documentation, track and set priorities of incoming tasks and product testing
- Provide excellent customer service, handle client inquiries, and follow up after jobs are completed
- Collaborating with other IT professionals, technical team members, and frontend developers to ensure tasks, such as operation of computer systems, are completed efficiently
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned to you from time to time by your immediate supervisor or the Company
