Job Description

As a Business Development Intern at LexisCard, you will play a crucial role in our pre-sales efforts, helping us expand our corporate presence and drive growth. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in business development, sales, and corporate relations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential corporate clients and understand their needs, pain points, and preferences.

2. Lead Generation: Use various channels (online research, LinkedIn, email campaigns, etc.) to identify and generate leads within the target corporate sector.

3. Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales collateral for client meetings and presentations.

4. Client Outreach: Reach out to prospective clients through email, phone calls, and social media to schedule meetings and introduce LexisCard's solutions.

5. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of LexisCard's features, benefits, and value propositions to effectively communicate them to potential clients.

6. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and activities using customer relationship management (CRM) software.

7. Competitor Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation.

8. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from potential clients to help shape product improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.

9. Reporting: Prepare regular reports and updates on lead generation and pre-sales activities for management review.

 

Qualifications:

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or recent graduate).

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

4. Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

6. Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
