• Day-to-Day Procurement Tasks which include the following:
  • Sourcing of products/services
  • Suppliers’ negotiation on Payment Terms, Pricing, Lead Time etc
  • Review on specifications, quotations, agreement etc.
  • Vendor management such as on-boarding new vendor, vendor update, vendor performance 
  • System administrator and key user for P2P system (Web3)
  • Create and update of Catalogue Items
• Co-analyze, identify and continuous execution on cost down initiatives
• Consolidation of reports
• Rectify and follow-up on Invoices and Good Receipts discrepancies
• Assist in any other administrative duties that may be assigned from time to time.
