Inventory Officer (Air-con Warehouse, Greenwich)
Position Summary
To perform general management of inventory and related activities on Site under the direct supervision of the Logistics Executive / Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Work with operations team to implement inventory control procedures within the warehouse
- Work with operations team to perform daily cycle count and stock-take activities that ensure KPI targets consistently met
- Work with the operations team to perform write off activates, such as product disposal
- Managing the shelf life of the product in the warehouse to avoid disturbing of expired product out from the warehouse
- Act as key point of contact for all inventory-related issues and escalation
- Provide support for any new site-specific projects as assigned
- Assist in developing SOP that is in conformance with ISO and AS9120 quality standards.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders’ at all levels
- Ensure all internal and external stakeholders’ request and enquiries are promptly followed up and fulfilled
- Perform any other duties as assigned
- Actively participate in work improvement initiatives and programs such as 5S, Kaizens, LEAN and SCA with the goal of achieving CEVA Operational Excellence standards.
- Ensure CEVA Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental policies and standards are executed and maintained at all times at the workplace.
