Responsibilities

• Execute daily booking & Truck Way Bills
• Booking processing.
• Handles import & export documentation.
• Liaise with internal, external customers & service providers for operations coordination.
• Handle general vendor sourcing & rates requests.
• Prepare and ensure timely submission of reports i.e. management report, Key Performance Indicator report.
• Monitor vendor / trucker’s Key Performance Indicator measurement and drive continuous improvements.
• Handle trucking challenges, be in control & provide solutions to customers & service providers.

Requirements:

• Strong written, interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
• Good analytical in terms of pricing / quotation
• Ability to deal with customers and sub-contractors
• Able to work and deliver within tight deadlines
• Preferable to have experience in MatrixOFS & MatrixTMS
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint
• Possess a creative mind set to solve problems
• Able to multitask & work under pressure meeting deadlines
