Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop internal HR Orientation Materials, Training Modules and Employee Handbook
  • Map out the HR Processes using Certis End-to-End & Quality Management Service Delivery System (CSDS) and Job Breakdown Sheet (JBS)
  • Manage and ensure weekly new hires’ welcome packs are arranged accordingly
  • Review and make improvements to the hire to exit process
  • To solicit feedbacks for improvements from HRBP and other COE and to recommend plans to help meet expectations.

Requirements:

  • At least diploma in Business or Human Resources
  • High degree of initiative, dynamism and possess a positive “can-do” attitude
  • Possess good writing, interpersonal and communication skills
