Attachment / Traineeship Description:
Handle and Follow-Through Sales enquiries from all channels (web, email, phone, referrals etc) and Close Deals
Proactive Sales Lead Generation New as to generate New Businesses
Take charge of Monthly Renewals and Drive Up renewals rates
To assist Head of Sales in dormitory rental and sales administrative support
Specific Responsibilities:
Attend to calls, emails and face to face meet up with clients
Follow up with enquiries
Pro-active clientele communications
Generate and follow up on tenancy contracts
Administrative and planning support for sales arrangements
Monthly reconciliation
Dormitory Management System (DMS) update
Job Requirements:
- Product knowledge
Familiar with FIDA requirements
Sales Negotiation skill
Customer service and presentation skills
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
