OVERVIEW

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Marketing Operations Analyst to join our team.

This position plays an important role in providing core support towards the tactical execution of marketing initiatives within the Southeast Asia and Pacific region. You will oversee the smooth implementation of marketing activities including campaign development, content creation, brand building and events planning. You will work closely with global teams to develop CDNetworks' lead generation and market awareness objectives.  You will also conduct accurate research and reporting so as to enable the Marketing function to make efficient and adequate responses to market challenges.

The ideal candidate will be a pro-active energetic team player with excellent communication skills, a flair for creativity and a keen eye for detail. You should also possess a passion for marketing (online and offline) as well as Internet technologies.

Established Marketing Operations Analysts can advance into senior positions where they build marketing specializations and lead key initiatives across the region. 


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the development and delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Support online marketing operations such as updating of website content and landing pages, preparation of EDMs, web analytics monitoring, etc.
  • Assist with content creation in the form of whitepapers, case studies, brochures, trade articles and press releases.
  • Launch targeted email marketing campaigns to generate and nurture qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop highly targeted, multi-channel marketing collateral.
  • Support the planning and execution of various events across the region, including networking sessions, seminars and trade shows.
  • Oversee the accurate maintenance of marketing-generated inbound leads, ensuring that the database is comprehensive and well-segmented for targeting purposes. 
  • Perform tracking, analysis, forecasting and reporting of marketing activities.
  • Other ad-hoc projects as and when assigned.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications or related discipline.
  • Good understanding of the business landscape in countries across Southeast Asia & Pacific would be ideal as this role will support the planning and execution of localised marketing campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation tool (Eloqua or Marketo) and CRM platform (Salesforce) is preferred.
  • Prior experience in marketing roles, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Possess a keen interest in online businesses or internet technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Meticulous and highly organised, with strong project coordination skills.
