Job Responsibility
- Manage organisation’s social media strategy e.g. website, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok etc. to reach out to potential new customers to drive business growth
- Develop social media content that is consistent with the organisation’s brand identity
- Communicate with users on social media, including responding to queries in a timely manner
- Conceptualise, script, plan, film, produce, manage and edit videos
- Create the necessary digital video effects to highlight, illustrate or enhance selected scenes to achieve the desired impact or messages
- Responsible for posting and archiving videos on a regular basis
- Prepare reports on social media marketing efforts
Requirements
- Experienced in conducting social media campaigns
- Skilled and experienced with different social media platforms and video editing software
- Technically skilled and experienced in handling and operating cameras/lights/audio equipment
- Excellent time management skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in startup or fintech is a plus
- Good attitude and team player
