Reporting to Chief Executive Officer, you will be involved in the following duties:
- Handle tasks relating to banking / finance
- Conduct data analysis to monitor performance, identify improvement and suggest conclusion on assignments
- Participate in projects implementation and enhancements
- Manage administrative function and documentations
- Perform ad-hoc assignments
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Accountancy / Economics
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint)
Able to strive in a fast paced, results-oriented environment requiring a high degree of flexibility whilst retaining business disciplines
Able to work independently and be a team player
Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situation and documentations
To establish good working relationships with colleagues
Motivational with a positive attitude at all times
Good organisational skills
Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
