Job Description

Responsibilities

CaterSpot is looking for a smart, fun and savvy content writer to help us build and grow our blog and content strategy. 

  • You'll write articles for our blog on different types of catering and event guides, recommendations of caterers/menus/etc, fun lists
  • The objective is to produce content that users will find via Search (ex. top results on google) that is also useful and interesting
  • We’re seeking laid-back, easy-to-understand writing that gets our point across without sounding too serious. We want to make sure that the content is inclusive to everyone.
  • The writing should include best practices in SEO. We will be training you on this area.

Requirements

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Creative, self-motivated and independent / fast learner
  • Experience in writing for blogs or media
  • Experience in managing a blog and knowledge of WordPress a plus
  • Knowledge of SEO writing and research a plus
  • Interested in the latest trends in food, catering, events and parties
  • Position will be based in Singapore
