Job Description

We’re rethinking homes for how people really live, and we’re looking for a Partnerships Intern to join our Growth & Intelligence Marketing team to help shape the future of living—one thoughtful detail at a time.

From strategy to storytelling, Marketing powers brand and business growth at Castlery.

For this internship, we will require you to commit 3 to 5 working days per week for 6 months.
 

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop a deep understanding of Castlery’s brand, product range, target audience, and overall marketing guidelines.
  • Learn and apply partnership evaluation criteria to identify suitable influencers and brand collaborators.
  • Manage inbound partnership enquiries and coordinate communication with potential partners, with support from your supervisor.
  • Contribute to content ideation for ongoing partnership campaigns and seasonal sale activations.
  • Support the end-to-end partnership process, including outreach, negotiation, and execution.

What you'll need:

  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with a strong grasp of platform best practices and emerging audio/content trends.
  • Excellent command of English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in project management, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders effectively.
  • Prior experience in content creation, collaborating with local influencers, or pitching partnership proposals to brands is a plus.
