Responsibilities:

• Support the HR department in day to day operations
• Assist in all HR administrative duties
• Manage and update HR databases
• Assist in performance appraisal management
• Maintain all employee records (leave, overtime, etc.)
• Assist in preparation of HR letters and memos
• Recruitment (posting job ads, screening resumes and scheduling interviews)
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist in work pass applications, renewals and cancellations
• Planning and organising internal events (team bonding, CSR, etc.)
• Respond to employees on their queries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintenance of uniform inventory
• Assist in learning and development projects
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O Levels or above
• Prior working experience in HR/Admin capacity would be advantageous
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders
• Able to commit a minimum of 6 months or longer
• Meticulous and detail oriented
• People oriented
• Independent and self motivated
