Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitoring central stock on leather strap and ensure stock is allocated on time
- Monitoring all strap customer back orders in Southeast Asia and Oceania region and follow up deliveries with supplier
- Manually re-direct all customer strap order as required by HQ, and troubleshooting system issue.
- Manage leather strap purchase price update with HQ on regular basis
- Manage and update assortment for leather straps as required including novelties
- Update weekly regional leather strap shortage report and customer order report
- Follow up Leather strap QC claim
- Execute system update and reports as required by reporting manager
