What You’ll Do (Roles & Responsibilities):
You’ll be embedded in the heart of our marketing engine, working directly with the founder. You won’t be watching from the sidelines, you’ll be in the game.
- Plan, create, and publish content across different social media platforms.
- Assist in influencer outreach and creator partnership coordination
- Contribute to weekly brainstorms on campaigns, launches, and growth ideas
- Help with writing emails, landing page copy, and community engagement
- Run mini social media experiments and help analyze results
- Research travel trends, creators, and audience behavior for insights

- How to craft content that converts and engages real audiences
- Behind-the-scenes of running a lean but powerful e-commerce brand
- How to think like a marketer with data, customer psychology, and creative flair
- Working in a startup environment where ownership and speed matter
- What it takes to grow a brand from zero to something people talk about
Good-to-Haves:
- Background in Marketing, Mass Comm, Business, Design, or a related field
- Experience running your own Instagram/TikTok account or blog
- Familiar with tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Photoshop
- A portfolio of past work (can be personal projects, not just school assignments)
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with or as a content creator
