Job Requirement :
- 2 years of relevant experience in related industry will be advantageous.
- Ability to quickly build relationship and present excellent product knowledge to customer/clients.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation skills and customer engagement
- Creating and delivering presentations to client/ customer needs
- Prioritizing, good time management and organizational skills
- Valid class 3 license with 2 years of driving experience
Sales Consultant / No Experience & Willingness to Learn
- Greeting customer on sales floor and performs a needs analysis including make, type, and features of vehicle desired.
- Building rapport with customers, meeting prospects, greeting on drop ins, recommending promotions and packages from CARRO
- Explaining features, demonstrates operation of vehicle in showroom or on road to customer research availability of models.
- Delivers, familiarizes the customer with vehicle, negotiates price, trade-in allowance, discount and requirements for financing or lease payment of vehicle.
- Enhance reputation by accepting ownership to accomplish new and different request.
- Able to meet KPI to align with CARRO to achieve success to business goal
Job Requirement :
