Summary
As a Purchasing Associate, your role is critical to the success and function of the Acquisition Division in CARRO. You will be responsible for coordinating & purchasing vehicles for us. You will be customer and business centric, possess excellent negotiation skills, and ensure costing is within reasonable boundaries, while upholding the quality of the vehicles you purchase.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately inspect, assess and ensure the quality of vehicles purchased/ looking to be purchased
- Arrange car viewings with multiple clients
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism and service standards; Clearly convey company policies and T&Cs to clients
- Provide swift quotations that are fair yet profitable
- Take cost-efficient, prompt corrective actions when defective vehicles are purchased
- Ad hoc tasks that support that Sales & Acquisition team and make Carro better
Requirements
- Class 3 driving license; Good driving record
- Keen interest and passion in cars (Basic understanding of how cars are priced in Singapore is advantageous) & believes in Carro’s mission
- Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills
