Job Description

Administrative Executive (Full Time)


Job Summary:

Looking for a trustworthy, customer-centric car lover to represent & promote Carro’s trustworthy & valuable automotive solutions! You will identify & match suitable car sellers and buyers together, follow up with, discover and pursue new sales prospects while maintaining maximum client satisfaction!


  • Perform general office administrative tasks (data input, data processing, documents filing) and other related ad-hoc tasks as and when required by the company
  • Handle basic enquiries follow-up and document interactions accordingly
  • Maintain proper documentation/filing system for internal and external entities

Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in office productivity software (Microsoft Office, Google Doc)
  • Strong English (written and verbal) communication skills
  • Fast learner, able to work independently under minimal supervision
  • At least one year experience as an Administrative Assistant preferable but candidates with no prior experience are welcome too
  • Good communication skills and command of English (written and spoken)
  • Valid Driving License with at least 2 years of driving experience is an advantage
  • You like cars as much as we do or more!
  • Singaporean / Singapore PR
