• Perform Accounts Payable functions (Trade & Nontrade)
• Ensure accounts payable invoices are processed accurately and timely. 
• Prepare online banking fund transfers and payment vouchers. 
• Liaising with suppliers/intercompany/working partners to follow up on payment/billing matters.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing via Google Drive.
• Maintain and update cashbook and bank statements daily.
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned.
